Identify Where Carriers Are Connecting Their Passengers To & From At Each Connecting Hubsite.

This tool allows analysis of each carrier's beyond-hub performance at a given spoke airport.

Looking at OMA for the last three quarters of 2008, the report shows the number of connecting passengers over each hubsite by carrier.

A click on the specific carrier, as we did here for WN, gives the destinations beyond the hub to and from which the carrier connects passengers, along with the percentage each destination represents of that carrier's flow traffic from the selected airport.

The routing efficiency gives an indication of the circuity of each connecting flow destination. The lower the %, the more miles the airline had to carry the passenger over and above nonstop miles.
